In isl 2, goa’s first home match was against Delhi. That time I was in Madgaon bus stand I was able to hear noise from the jln stadium

BCCI is not properly utilizing the infrastructure and players available for cricket. They can easily start a multi tier IPL and Ranji with relegation - promotion with one team from each stadium.

@goalkeepar ; Fatorda Stadium was used in the past for Cricket One Day-not any more. Now Goa Ranji Team use which ground in Goa?

@atuljg ; Every Association can have only one team in Ranjii Trophy. Most Associations have their own stadiums. For Ranji, they can still opt for stadium without Airport, 5 star  but for International matches they need bigger venues. They cannot have multiple Ranji Teams depending on stadiums.
Kerala Cricket association can organise Ranji Trophy at their beautiful Wayanad Stadium but whenever BCCI allots them international match, they will look at options in cochin, trivandrum.
IPL will not want multiple franchises in one association because it will dilute their brand.

@munna219777 Ranji teams plays in 10K capacity Porvorim Cricket stadium. this stadium also Hosts Goa cricket league matches. GCA is planning to build a 40K capacity stadium in Curca but the project is on hold as they have some problem accruing land.

@munna219777, that waynad cricket stadium in my opinion should be the venue for test matches. Last year india A and south Africa A played a 4 day match.
Although a remote place, this needs to be packaged with tourism.
Another proper cricket ground is in Thalassery in Kannur district. But no stands around it.

Test match cannot be organised at Wayanad. ICC criteria is more stringent for Test Match as compared to One Day like Airport,  5 star hotel. But First Class Cricket criteria is fine with Wayanad so Ranji Trophy and India A 4 day matches. Kerala has never hosted Test Match ever. Not even JLN Kochi.Let's hope Greenfield bring some international cricket .
