Nepal head coach, Graham Roberts and his coaching staffs have finalized the final squad for SAFF Championship 2011 starting from 2nd of December in New Delhi, India.
ANFA held a press meet on Friday afternoon to announce the final squad.
The complication regarding visas of five members of the Bangladesh national football team including head coach Nikola Ilievski was finally resolved yesterday, paving the way for the team to take a flight this morning to take part in the SAFF Championship.
The 31-member contingent will fly at 8:35 am for New Delhi through a Bangladesh Biman flight as the seventh edition of the regional football extravaganza involving eight countries will get underway from December 2 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.

a bit of relief for organizers i guess....otherwise a team opting out of tournament would bring a negative sign on organizers and host- India
Bangladesh could not afford to miss this tournament. They are highly cash strapped and just got a few sponsors for this SAFF Cup. They would have never let it go.
our current saff cup squad is having 26 players...so i guess some players might be left out....i just hope they leave players like debabrata, sameer naik and climax at least as most likely members allowed are 23 i guess...
