The question is whether fans are happy? Do Pailan Arrows deserve to get special treatment with no relegation and enough new talent is coming out for National Team?

Again, I ask the question... well no... first time actually but here it is: If Pailan do get relegated where would they play? We dont have a 2nd Division. We have a 2-3 month tournament which we call a 2nd Division but thats it. Pailan would be nothing without I-League.
Anyway Pailan is far from relegation quality. They are in 8th place. At one point they were constantly in 4th-5th place. They are fine. They are young and will grow with expirence.
I am not sure but I think Pailan Arrows are immune from relegation. This cuts the points from our AFC-league is not completely professional. This was the reason why Air India and ONGC are being removed as they are PSUs and not private entities. same way as long as a relegation immune Pailan Arrows is there in I-league, we will still lose points and will not get AFC champions league slot. again, points are from infrastructure, tickets sales, merchandise etc. but Pailan arrows also reduce our points as legaue is not completely professional.

Depends. How many points do we lose from Pailan staying? The S.League in Singapore used to be able to play in the Champions League qualifiers even with foreign clubs.
"I think Pritam is becoming an excellent player slowly. He has played right back, left back, center back and he can adjust at different positions. He is maturing, he is getting better on the ball and has matured physically a lot"
Found this old photo, I had taken in Bangalore, when I saw Arrows playing the first time.
This is captain Shouvik Ghosh in 2010-11 season, with a fan. Back those days Shouvik was not a first team player. Now he has been called for the senior national team. Good luck!
