Knowing our luck the match wont be on TV because the Oman Football Association will choose to play this match at one of there shit stadiums with no proper TV rooms or areas for Cameras.
Rahim Nabi should be in the mid-field. Against strong opponent using him in the defence means wasting his attacking skills. He will be totally occupied in defence. But, playing in left wing he can create pressure on the opponent with his pace and dribbling ability. Offence is thebest defence. Nabi can take the game to opponent's half.
Nirmal Chhetry, Raju Gaikowad (if fit ), Gourmangi and Arnab Mondal should be in defence. Unfortunately they are all central defenders; two of them will have to play as side-backs. Gourmangi's marking is not good. Hope Raju and Arnab can cover up for that.
Baldeep can be used as a defensive screen.( I wonder why Savio has not called Mehab Hussain. He has recovered from injuries.) Lalrindica and Lester Fernandage should be in the first team. Unfortunately Savio has not called Sanju Pradhan. Anthony or Miranda will be useless against any stronger opponent. We will have Vasum in bench to be used if necessary.
In absense of Jeje; Sushil should start with Sunil. Mandeep or others can be tested as substitutes.
