A couple of websites reported that Nirmal, Sunil and Dika won't be playing the match against Oman. Is that true? If yes, then it's a scaring thought to go in with Sushil and Sabeeth in the attacking dept. I don't think we can score even a single goal in this match.

This time defence will be stronger. As there are good defenders in the team like Raju, Arnab, Kinghsuk who regularly take care of top foreign players in I-league. However Raju was out for several months; so there can be problem in coordination. In the upfront, Sushil is a player with all the features of a good striker. But, it is very difficult to say what he is missing to make a mark. The mid-field is certainly not best in the country. Mehtab, Sanju Pradhan can easily be included. Absence of Ralte will be a misfortune. I think he is the next superstar of indian Football.
so Savio goes for an experienced team into this game with the following starting line up
Karanjit Singh; Samir Naik, Anwar Ali, Gourmangi Singh, Gurjinder Singh, Anthony Pereira, Baldeep Singh, Lester Fernandes, Jewel Raja; Sushil Singh, Joaquim Abranches.
Glad to see Lester and Gurjinder making their senior team debuts. <!-- s:happy-partydance: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/happy/partydance.gif" alt=":happy-partydance:" title="Dance Party Dance" /><!-- s:happy-partydance: --> .but concerns are Anwar ali,sameer naik and anthony playing <!-- s:angry-cussing: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/angry/cussing.gif" alt=":angry-cussing:" title="Cussing" /><!-- s:angry-cussing: --> <!-- s:angry-banghead: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/angry/banghead.gif" alt=":angry-banghead:" title="Bang Head" /><!-- s:angry-banghead: --> ..unfortunately Nabi also not there..maybe not fully recovered yet..

Hopefully Anwar, Anthony and Samir do so bad today that Savio has no choice but to send them off
Highly surprised that no Nabi in the starting XI. I thought he was our best player in last few games. Also I would have preferred to go go in with Rocus Lamare instead of Baldeep Singh.
