More likely Dempo would have to pay a transfer fee. I dont think any club besides Prayag or Pune are willing to do that and the fee could be to big by our standards.

he said he is looking for club... so doesnt that mean he is free agent?? yea if he is in contract then he is not signing for indian clubs
if they dont pay for indian players they definitely are not gonna sign a foreign player for transfer fee.

But seriously: Depends. Many players say they are looking for a new club and still are under contract. He has already played for Austria Wein this season so I am guessing he is still under contract.
