Each county has its own football federation which rules that district. US Soccer does not do everything. There only involvement in the state soccer development is sanctioning the leagues. The league is then on its own.</font></div><div><font face="Tahoma"><br></font></div><div><font face="Tahoma">If the players are so poor and need help then why dont the IFA try helping them instead of investing in that shit idea that was Premier League Soccer.</font></div>
