do you remember 2008 afc challenge cup?? where we qualified because of our home advantage only....
so this problem in format has been there for long time
Bangladesh have qualified for the Challenge Cup and one of the teams from Turkmen or Philippines will easily go through as 2nd placed team unless they lose by huge margins.

Turkmen team has been preparing since Jan in Europe and Phils are the host and they have good European players,so looks very unrealistic for us.
