Afghanistan has announced their preliminary squad for the upcoming AFC Challenge Cup 2014. A total of 13 domestic and 21 abroad players have been shortlisted for the upcoming camps. Players from all corners of Afghanistan, Denmark, USA, Norway, Iran, Germany, Australia, and Bahrain have been invited.
Currently, the domestic players are going through their paces with a 10 day training camp in Kabul. Following this camp, all players are called to attend a 10 day grueling training camp in Dubai to decide the final 23 man squad.
