I seriously doubt that. 

Of course there is a chance that this is a case of difference between number of tickets sold and the actual amount that attended.

@usaindia I am still considering that. I just dont feel that having the top 7 Reported attendances is the right thing to do again.

i think it will be good to do top 7 because most of outsiders copy whats on wikipedia and put a news article or its becoming one of the source for indian football

@Ashlesh That could still mean actual number of tickets sold and not the attendance at the game? 

It just did not even look like 10,000. They even had shots of the other side of the stadium. It was more like 5,000 to me. (Probably more as I doubt 5,000 other people would buy tickets and not attend.)
