Exactly as goalkeepar says... Some of them are too used to being the voice and they managed to talk to Derrick in this manner...but Mike has been taking them to task and they don't like that.
Example. ..they claim to be the most professional club with great facilities etc etc but as Mike pointed out....there isn't even a toilet by their practice grpunds. And the groumd is in a pretty poor condition.
The people who make the decisions on signings and player's contracts also have no repsect for the player's and try to bully them. ..the likes of Gurjinder and other's are all looking for moves at the end of the season. ..
