Not just for wiki. I literally hate it when something is not sourced, we mention something about it in a discussion and then we are proven wrong when someone else says he is somewhere else. Happened last season.
Wiki is part of it but I like something to be at least "confirmed".
Well it a rumours thread and bengali media can be compared with dailymail, sun etc but occasionally some specualtions are right and some are hopelessly wrong but the news is true as of now
@rudra Took some time to find out from Libero about your query. Not all player's at BFC were on 2 year contracts, the older...over 30yr olds like NS Manju and Johnny Menyongar were on 1 year deals.
Clubs like BFC, SLFC have also got "options" clauses in the player contracts , so they can choose at wnd of season to release or retain at a pre-determined rate. Sometimes these options are balanced ( player's with agent's) , sometimes they are weighted heavily in the favor of the Club ( normally when no agent around) & very rarely heavily in favor of the player . Cornell Glen has such a clause..but once again Lajong drlaying payments might cause them to lose 2-3 key player's.
@gaffertape - What was the main reason behind Johnny Menyongar ' s release ? His age of anything else ? And is BFC expected to bring someone like Douhou to replace him or is it likely that we will see a new foreign player
The reason for not offering a new contract to Menyongar was his age , and the availability of younger Championship level players.
You make me laugh about , Douhou replacing him....Douhou is 37 or maybe 38 and not half the player , he is lazy and Mike Snoie tried to replace him from week 1 because of his defensive indiscipline .
Lot more to come on Mike and his troubles with players on this thread
