Consider this 1 club from div 2 gets promoted to div 1.... consider the budget to sign 4 foreigners at that time.....<br>

<br><br>Well there are no 2nd Division clubs to be particular. And If I'm not wrong most of these club officials are head in respective State Federation which is why they are involved in decisions related to 2nd Division.<br>

According to Nabab Da of Prayag United, I-League will continue with old format with clubs agreeing to pay 10 lakhs each.<br>

AIFF should make a pool of clubs for 2nd div who will discuss about 2nd div.

Like make points system depending on several criteria. Then allow teams who have a pre-mentioned amount of points in that pool, doesn't matter 20 or 200 teams have that amount of points. Those teams will discuss about 2nd div with AIFF.

And about who will actualy play in 2nd div. let top(in points) 16 or 20 or whatever no. of teams play in 2nd div. and allow 2-3 teams from parts of India with no I-league teams even if they are not in top 16 or 20 to 'spread the game'
