This trophy was awarded to Sunil Chettri for being the best player last season. The award was recieved by Sunil's mom.

I-League so far... ( up to Half time of KEB versus KBFC )

• GOALS : 34 Indians 27 Foreigners 
• WINS : HOME 13 AWAY 7 DRAWS 7
• 1-0 is the still most common scoreline  with 6 instances in the 27 games
• 79% from Open play ...up from last year ..ISL effect ?
• No penalties scored still !!!
• Dempo & BFC the Fed Cup finalists have had the most clean sheets...4 each
• Pune FC have kept a Clean Sheet , but in doing so haven't scored for 180minutes,  { given they average a goal every 45mins }

The relegation battle most likely looks to be a repeat of the 2009-10 season with SCdeGoa & Shillong Lajong looking like front runners.....
