I mean, probably. I just found it weird and all the things I can find that say he did these things were articles from after he became head coach at Prayag United and all of them probably referenced the resume online.

And paying huge amount to Paul and Mangi still finished 4th and people on FB praise him say he is best bla bla

Some even wanted him for NT

Well ya, because I could not find any sources that prove it. I can only find stuff on him from when he joined India onwards.

Not at all. I seriously don't know why people still trust transfermarkt so much. Anyone can still edit that website as well with completely off transfer values.
