Very Good work by Mohun Bagan and the team. It gets me really excited. And equally great work by Proj here. You were the one who seeded the idea. We are proud of such fans.

yep, I am enjoying working with the MB youth development group. Kalyan Choubey, ex India national GK is the CEO, he is very encouraging. At the june 4th meeting, 7 proposals were tabled for the next season, one already implemented, 6 more to go.

Sorry guys, can't reveal the rest of the proposals but they are mostly geared towards bringing the economically advantageous section in our fold and building a strong supply line for senior team. Challenges are there, especially on the financial side since it's so difficult to find sponsors for youth development in football here, so we run on a somewhat tight budget but it's worth a try.

The recruiting vertical is the malai portfolio in the club, needless to say, not the most altruistic rule the roost there. That's fair I guess, someone like sharad pawar ensures that he gets the malai portfolios in the ministry, folks like Jairam Ramesh have to contend with the environment ministry and the unpleasantries associated with it.

I compare MB with the government since MB is a public democratically elected body, yes the officials are elected through ballots and expectedly the elections are highly rigged since there's no Election commission watching.
@archak yep, when are we going to meet Nabab da, as per your promise of scheduling a meeting with him ? I will be in India rest of the month and all of July. The good news is July I am working mostly from home, so lots of free time. In recruitment, Nababda is way ahead of his counterparts in Cal. I really hope Prayag (the company) can do this long term instead of being a one season wonder.
