Mohammedan going down is their own fault. ISL has nothing to do with this. If clubs go down then it is their own fault. I am not 100% a fan of the ISL but the organizers (IMG-Reliance and STAR Sports) saw that there was no good coming from the current I-League and Indian football system and that they could maximize the amount of success they could get from a brand new league and honestly, they were proven right in season one.
Maybe it is because I am American so I am used to this franchised system which involves teams moving and other bad things but I am also English and am used to things like history which spans a long time like with the English football clubs from the 1800s... that is why I would love East Bengal and Mohun Bagan in ISL if they get their shit together.
At the end of the day, the ISL is here to stay. Anything that happens to clubs not associated with it is not on ISL.

I hear Piet Hubers who is the Technical director of Grassroots festival that first talent recognition will be done and after that long term training will start.
