There seems to be light at the end of the tunnel for blasters and the fans. If rumors and speculations are to be believed blasters the foreign recruits of the club is the youngest. This could be prove to be decisive taking into account the cramped scheduling.
Hope that the (new) management sorts out the financial issues and if ever ISL enters into a state of feasibility in long term, i believe this is one club that could make huge strides due to the malayalee diaspora (which according to the govt. reports are among the highest net worth individuals). A pre-season tour of the blasters say in Gulf would attract alot of spectators than some regional teams itself, if the management plays its card right there are many ways to generate revenue.
It is heartening to see that Kerala will survive after all. Kerala deserves a team, even if it is ISL. The cultural aggression of Cricket would otherwise erode away the only credible Football bastion in the South
Bangalore and karnataka should be the bastion of football in South now..all their steps seem to be in right direction of building a good football infra and developing competitive football in tge state. If they could just put up a pan karnataka league.....
