Having confidence in your coach is most important thing....
Best example is Colaco who promoted Dempo and made them multiple time champions...
another example is khalid jamil who had faced more unstable results than any other club manager of league but still the owners show faith on him who inturn get results from the players selected by him may it be just survival..
anyway if you guys wanna go with change it is better to go with kashyap who got good records with young sides
