is this madness affected USFC also?..sacking coaches ? what if the next coach also loses  the next few matches , sack him as well?... how does this thoery even work ?..

I though USFC had more sense...if they did not have commitment to keep the coach for a season why recruit him in the first place?.. they lost a few very close matches so what?..there are still 15 games remaining to get the team on track..

this is sad...what is the real reason for this change in designation of phillipe is it because he lost 3 matches one of which badly?.... Secondly either Phillipe is really passionate about USFC or he is just bidding his time to leave later on..

i think USFC are falling into the trap of expecting success ASAP..

A coach being redesignated to administrative designation and an admin is going to take coaching job...

Is this club making fun of themselves with these senseless changes??/
God save the clubfrom poor maturity of those club officials who are making these foolish decisions

I beloeve caretakers dont need the A license.

  • good decision i will say.

  • Maybe. De Ridder did seem to have wierd coaching styles. Goalkeeping being the most. Perhaps Baichung coaching the young side can be good... he can be a great motivator.
