merging I league and isl including big two kolkatan clubs and bfc is the best option as of now. other clubs are either attached to isl or isn't sustainable for long run.
I would love to see East Bengal and Mohun Bagan in something like ISL over a copy-cat club like Atletico de Kolkata. Again, what is Spanish are Kolkata!!!! Sadly, East Bengal and Mohun Bagan don't have the organization to ever be in ISL.
it is the officials who are holding back the two most prestigious club. one observation from my part there is a little dedicated fan following for atk. they are mainly non bengali speaking population of kolkata and never watched indian football before isl and some others are ipl watchers who go for fun basically. In the end in kolkata till now has no viable option except EB and MB. ATK is a new born to them. so no comparison is fair enough.
