Jacki needs a bit of variety in his game-play. My guess coaches have already figured out his weakness. We will get to see more of it in the next season. He does the same thing over and over again.
My take on Sanjoy Sen he tries to stick with his gameplan and doesn't like to tinker much with the tactics during the game. A more proactive role is required as he hardly makes substitution or even f he does most of the its either forced or too late in the game. A proactive substitution will avoid the players from the second yellow.
