@gaffertape As you said about Ruiz, I just wonder that when a club signs a foreigner do they finalise the contract before a proper medical? I know even in Thailand the foreigners go through a medical before signing the contract.. Doesn't this happen in ISL that the contract is subject to a medical?
That is actually not so surprising. People will look at this league as the "easy catch" for money, esspecially since it is 2-3 months and teams will be more than willing to take risks just to fill out rosters.
@gaffertape I doubt any football club works on dictatorship, so every signing you have been mentioning must have some sort of planning.. Its just that when there are no results as expected those moves are criticized/analysed. e.g. everybody went hysterical when FC Goa signed so many aged players but funnily enough they nearly won ISL

Legally you can't sign a contract and then do a medical...
ISL clubs are agent driven for foreign players..so they get conned left right & center
