Maybe this is the reason why they will deny MB and EB a place in this merged league. Due to refusal of MB and EB to play outside Calcutta, we will not take them in this merged league !!!
If you push the big 2 away from Kolkata like shiliguri,durgapur. it won't be feasible for people in Kolkata to travel that far for every match so they will be forced to watch matches of ATK. This idea has come from brains of ambanis.
I hope this isn't true...most EB and MB fans will never come to watch ATK matches after Goenka's controversial statement.
There can be no denial to the fact that ATK HAS A SEPERATE FANBASE OF IT'S OWN,AND EB/MB'S JOINING IN ISL WON'T HAMPER THEIR FANBASE.
I guess goalkeepar must've that read that article which mentioned the whole Durgapur thing . MB fans twitter handle @MohunBagan has denied this news and branded that article as a farce. These guys are not like some phony twitter insiders like fni or TFG or Ojha , they are always solid with their club's news .
