India has so many stadiums but no teams. only teams we have are fighting to play in 1 stadium.

If ISL had brains, they would have started clubs from non I league location. like hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Chennai, kochi, Delhi,  Bhopal, Ranchi, guwahati, coimbatore, Mangaluru,  Malapurram,Jaipur, Nagpur, ludhiana, Chandigarh, Raipur,  this would have resolved the issue and pan india league would have been formed... bottle neck in BLR, GOA and KOLKATA right now..

@Maddie, the idea is to tap existing I-league places for stability and then expand. Why would they want to put all their investments in tier 2 cities?
