Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya - Arabic name of Air force- was founded in 1931 by Iraqi workers from British Air Force Base. The name stuck to its origins. It is one of the big 4 clubs from Baghdad. There are many Arab clubs from different countries which started due to presence of British and later Allied Army bases due to World War 2. Locals saw Europeans playing Football and followed the game as well as built clubs on the Grounds left when Foreign Troops left their country. Even Cricket in Sharjah started initially due to British troops stationed there and playing Cricket.
We also followed Footabll after emulating British and India had a headstart of like 40-50 years before Arab countries started playing Football. It is another story that we are left behind.
Hammadi Ahma, the highest scorer of AFC Cup will be out of action during the final match against BFC.
The straight red went to Bashar Rasan Bonyan. This attacking midfielder is particularly important for his club, as wel as the Iraqi national team. In the current AFC Cup campaign, Bashar has started almost every game for AirForce Club and has scored 4 goals in the last 7 matches. In fact, before getting sent off, he had found the net twice on the night. He played the single most important role in the club reaching the final. But thanks to that straight red he will not be able to play in the final.
The second player who will be missing has the record of some sort of a superman. Hammadi Ahmad, a 27 year old striker who wears the number 10 jersey for AirForce Club, is a literal goal machine. And he has been on fire lately. In the 10 matches that he has played at AFC Cup 2016, he has scored 15 goals, including a hat-trick and three braces. He has literally found the net in every single AFC Cup game. As a forward, he is methodical, imposing and physical. He's been involved in many an altercation throughout this campaign, and that has resulted him picking up 4 yellow cards so far. Unfortunaltely for him, the fourth one happened in the semi-final second leg (after he had scored yet again) and led to his suspension from the final.
I dont think fitness would be much of a issue. I feel both the teams have 50-50 chances. The 3 foreigners, Sunil chettri and Eugen Lyndong can easily match any opponent. Unfortunately BFC will be missing current best India based GK Amrinder.

Hoping that the match goes till penalties is almost impossible ,we have no stamina to hold Iraq for 120 minutes
We have been in such situation against a monster before but remembering we scored against Bahrain and South Korea should give us inspiration
