Akash Mishra is prone to mispassing - as seen in recent UAE tour. He has age on his side but I will not select him for these critical must-win games. His time will come most definitely in future.
Aashique I selected purely on the basis of experience at NT level and his versatility & ability to assist defender like Subasish in that position.
Though Mishra , Glan & Bipin are good, exposing them against Qatar is not a good decision. Playing against ISL clubs & Al Rayyan (Qatar club) and facing Qatar NT are completely different. I would prefer experience, solid defense & mid-field against Qatar.
Ashique may not be good in scoring goals, but he can hold the ball & links up very well with Chettri. He even can help the team defensively.
As giridharan mentioned, Suresh is complete player and he would help both in attack & defensive.
Mishra, Brandon & Bipin are offensive players and they would create enough chances if they all start against Afghanistan & Bangladesh.
Indian team needs to have an alternate formation while playing against big teams. Remember how OGS pulled a fast one over Mourinho and Pepe last season in a single week by deploying back three with wingbacks, I am not expecting such results from NT but that will at least give us a fighting chance/ respective scoreline.
Watched most of the Chelsea games. Tuchel mostly deploying 3-4-2-1. Sometimes based on opposition, he switches the formation to 3-1-4-2 & 3-4-1-2. He is successful so far with his formations.
Even Pep sometimes deploys 3-1-4-2. Gone are the days for traditional 4-4-2 and most successful 4-3-3 formation.

But I don't think it is possible due to quarantine and all. At max, we may play 2nd tier Qatar clubs..
