The only thing I noticed is that how Sunil stands on the ball. That's an aggressive/positive body language and more like he wants to just get in there. I have a feeling Sunil has it in him to continue till he's 40. Dani Alves and Ibrahimovic  just got called to their national teams at the age of 38! So it's nothing new, if a player is performing they are in their national team despite their age

My predictions considering Stimach will field right team without further experimenting specially with defense  -

Sunil will be better than Ishan Padita even in his sixties ! Field IM Vijayan or Bruno Coutinho now they will have more impacts than Ishan Pandita at any level.
