renaming a league does not delete all its record. All i league records include stats from NFL. Even i-league is going to be renamed but it's stats will hold.
EB was a great club & nobody is denying that fact. But now what has remained of EB is just good old memories.

east bengal club tent is like pilgrimage to us(eb fans and members). It had couple of bad yrs, and that doesn't mean it has lost its charm. east bengal will always be treated with respect and honour in indian football
Three main reasons why EB will loose their upcoming matches against Salgaoncar & Churchill Bros.
1.) There wont be any EB hooligans to throw missiles on their opposition players.
2.) They have their main players suspended or injured.
3.) They wont enjoy crowd support.
(And in a lighter vein the EB players will be in a big hurry to finish the match so that they can go to a nearby beach to enjoy the scenic beauty of Goa & most important coach Trevor & star player Tolgay will be in a totally holiday mood thinking that they have come to their native place) <!-- s --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt="" title="Laughing" /><!-- s -->

Yes mr jose. I think we lost to a wrong team. I didn't watch the match, coz of my xam. But i think they played well that's why they won. So, no complains. I'm loyal fan of eb, and this is my moral responsibility to stand by my team in ups and lows. Hoping for a good bounce back
