It is the same in the US and England. Why do you think I love sports so much. Look at the New York City FC soccer team that will be created in the city. People thought that because the team is owned by Manchester City and the Yankees (the most popular team in the country) that it would be easy to get a stadium deal... NO! They have to pay up and even get approval from the city, state, district, people... everyone! And how? Prove that it would work and make money... if it does then go ahead... if not then piss off.
AIFF appoint a Special Committee to advice the Technical structure for the 2017 U-17 FIFA World Cup.
President Mr. Patel suggested that former Indian National Team Captain Bhaichung Bhutia, current Indian National Team Captain Sunil Chhetri and reputed Indian Coach Derrick Pereira form the panel.

The All India Football Federation (AIFF) is waiting for a green signal from chief minister Manohar Parrikar to make Goa the main training base for India's under-17 World Cup 2017 preparations.
The AIFF already has an Elite under-19 Academy in Goa, while the under-14 squad — layers who will eventually represent the country at the showpiece event three years later — is also training in Goa. But the federation has made it clear that they want Goa to become the hub of all training activities for the under-17 World Cup.
