Do they have any stadium??  training lawns/gyms are fine but DSK do not have a proper stadium.

To be honest it is only 2nd Division. Just create space for standing spectators and there you go. I doubt the AIFF really care about the 2nd Division anymore if they just gave it randomly to Pune. And DSK and AIFF are in planning together with DSK having plenty of former Pailan Arrows players on their squad. Sadly those former Pailan players failed them but still it seems that DSK and AIFF are still planning something.

I doubt if DSK can be inducted as corporate club. Firstly reason behind corporate clubs is that involve those places like Chennai, bangalore, Delhi, kerala where there are no I-league clubs. DSK is from Pune and Mumbai Tigers are from Mumbai where Pune FC and Mumbai FC already exist.  But I think that DSK can provide infrastructure for IMG academy or whatever it is same like Fr Agnel Ground Vashi.

@Ashlesh. Candolim ground is small. If any player shoots to that road side anyone can get injured.

@Domnic said : There are plenty grounds with good natural turf in Salcette. But there are no stands here. Thats why I named only 3 with stands.

What about Cuncolim and Verna ground?

Cuncolim, Assolna, Chinchinim, Nagoa, Cansaulim, Verna have one stand for sure. I hv not seen Verna lately. But they hv beautiful turf.

Mate, this is AIFF we are talking about. If they need to include Dodsal and DSK as corporates just to use their facilities or money they will do it, regardless of whether the existing clubs are already here.

this shows quality football in other states compare to goa and bengal
so its time aiff stop dreaming about pan india and work on existing market to make this better football region best

Stupid shit theory I have to say,and if you look at the teams Shillong has 2.So what I would say is Shillong is way way better than Goa and Bengal as their league and facilities are not as good as these sates. So potential wise there are other Indian state's who can do better than Goa and Bengal.

  • aiff shud try to tell some clubs like prayag, arrows to change the base to some other place

  • To be fair, I do understand the theory but I do not think that it is a realistic idea. If the other areas of Indian football are failing then that is a sign for the AIFF to fix them, not forget about them.

Also do not talk as if Bengal or Goa are quality footballing states because despite all the popularity and "development" in those states India still lies in a shit position in world and Asian football. If they were quality then we would be seeing India doing better in football with players from Bengal and Goa playing for India. That is not the case at all. We just lost to Myanmar. Also the Goan and Bengal clubs dont seem any better at youth development as in the end it was Pune FC (a Maharashtra Academy) which proved better than them.

Prayag wont move out of Bengal for some reason. It is stupid but there you have it.

Pailan should move however despite their base being in Bengal. Bangalore would be perfect.

Both Prayag and Pailan are Bengal based companies. so they will stay put in Calcutta. I hope some day company from Bangalore sponsor Arrows and they can move out.
