I don't follow Indian Domestic Football that much(I follow but not like a crazy maniac) but i am very very Passionate about Indian National team.I have been following Indian team since 2007 Nehru Cup.I have watched all the matches which have have been shown on TV or Internet and in approx 6years i don't remember any goal which India has conceded due to his GOAL KEEPING ERROR.Whereas i can remember atleast 50-100 occasions where he has saved almost a certain for us.AT LEAST 15 Goals he saved in ASIA CUP 2011 against(AUS AND KOREA).

I think he surely is a top 5 keeper in ASIA if not a top 3.

Apart from Subrata another deserving player who has not played abroad is Syed Nabi.I think Sunil(played abroad),Subrata and Syed are the  3 players who deserve to play abroad in the current starting 11.

I dont think Subrata had any long spells of good form,he was just good with NT at club level he's pretty average, this season he has gone worse.

To play in Europe you need to play with same intensity each and every match which Subrata has failed big time.

We are not judging on one season. He has always been crap at club level.

If he plays in 3.Liga of Germany then it is still fine. The league is still very competitive and there is every chance Leipzig can be promoted to it this year as they are top in their division but they will have to get promoted via playoff. So if he palys in 3.Liga i would say it will be a decent start for him and given the money Leipzig have pumped in the club can easily get promoted to 2.Liga in 2-3 years time.<br>
