Morgan has said in the 'East Bengal Samachar' that Angus has left the city and he wishes him well for his future in his next club. So, that should end all speculations, I guess. The drama about Dong keeps increasing each day, Morgan certainly does not want him and he has convinced most of all the officials. His contract is the only thing that stands in his way, his agent, Rounak Dalal, seems adamant to keep him in EB till the end of the season, but it seems that the officials are pretty confident that some agreement can be worked out. Pratidin had reported that EB officials are now so desperate on not playing Dong that thay have decided that they will play Dong's salary for the rest of the season if such a situation arises but will get another foreigner in his place, even if that means paying the salaries of 5 foreign players.

Dong can easily get another club in ikeague ..if he can get a good parting cheque from EB he should just take and double his income:)) would love to see him in sLFC kind of setup even Mumbai could use him

Santosh would also develop a slightly more attack minded squad than Khalid. Likes of Dong & someone like Orok orok would be what they would be looking for (under 30 , with speed & cheap). Choi and taisuke select themselves as other 2.

EB are said to be on the lookout for an Asian quota striker...any ideas?

Well, we don't want someone of the likes of Barisic and Alan Gow but then the question of money comes in....Personally we would all prefer someone from Korea/Japan/south-east Asia...Hope we get a quality defender too, foreign and Indian...last heard Anas has almost become out of reach....MB and DSK are the front-runners now
