Jamal after this season and would be joining a new club, makes it clear that he would be joining East Bengal. East Bengal have appointed Simon Maltby as their physical instructor. Maltby had worked for Hull City for four years and had also been associated with Morgan in the 2014-2015 season in his stint with Kerala blasters.
