I dont think we are better than Singapore or par with them,maybe our junior teams are better than theirs but at senior level they have some quality foreign blood

If we have our best Indian players on the team instead of the modified Savio one then we would easily beat Singapore and maybe, JUST maybe we could beat Azerbaijan. That is why I want a foreign manager. We cant trust anyone already in Indian football because there is always a 70% of bias selection. At least with a foreign manager, you should expect a little bias but not a lot and almost a complete squad.

OOOPS he is a Hockey coach. But he know our diseases very well- lack of fitness and lack of agressiveness. See how he has transformed our Hockey team in just 6 months. I like the way Indian team is suffocating the opponent by relentless attack through out 70 minutes. I am sure they will reach the semi-final in Olympic.

We dont need that. We just need more than a coach. We need a good coach and then let him decide who his assistants are. I doubt Bob Houghton chose Savio as his assistant. Then get a good fitness coach, the good thing about these coaches is that they can work on fitness with any sport that involves running.
So you can have a fitness coach who has only been a fitness coach in Rugby come be the fitness coach for India and he would still do the job.
