If Udanta at all signed for BFC it will not be valid because he is released from TFA , Jamshedpur on 2nd April, 2014 after the Convocation Ceremony. Check that whether I am right.
As per rule Udanta Singh can sign BFC not before the release from TFA or CONVOCATION CEREMONY of TFA. See the plight of Bercelona. They signed junior players braking the norms. Nobody is above the rule.
How is Bengaluru FC breaking rules. Udanta is done with TFA, that is already known to everyone. He has signed with Bengaluru FC to join them AFTER he has graduated. How is that wrong?
Also I rather him go there where he can learn from guys like Sunil Chhetri and Ashley Westwood in a professional environment.
Udanta Singh has graduated From TFA on 2nd of April, 2014. He was present in the Convocation Ceremony on 02.04.2014. My dear friend Udanta will be a free player after 12:00 midnight of 3rd April, 2014. How can you say that he had already signed for BFC. If he signed before or, on 2nd of April, 2014 his Contract Papers can be checked by the Forensic Ofiicials and that will reveal in which date he has signed. Ofcourse, if anybody or, any club make complaint regarding the subject matter in the Hon'ble Court.
You do know how contracts work right? Perhaps in Kolkata it is "sign and done" but at professional clubs and institutions people can sign contracts and within the contract it says "Will be effective from [insert date]".
Udanta probably signed a contract and the contract said that it won't be activated till June or something.
European example: Robert Lewindowski, Lukas Podolski, Nemanja Vidic, Jermain Defoe.
