It is a really good project some of the more talented and better potential players could make use of this if they can just keep their money greed away for initial years(1-2 years atleast)
See Delhi NCR has many rich kids who want to go abroad like USA for Bachelors degree. Besides SAT American universities do look at other talent achievements. In india there is a lack of any recognised High School sporting activities which can get some recognition. Short term courses like this with Sudeva and spanish stint could help such aspirants.
