Ita given in episode 5 at the start. 2 players couldn't travel due to not getting visa because of covid. Subho from India is one of them. He did travel in August but didn't practise with this team but Bayerns u16. He was there probably for a week, but no information post that.
Key is to enrol as many students as possible in Academies.
This is possible only in big cities as they can live with their parents, attend normal schools and come to Academy for coaching.
In England, at any time there are 10 to 12 thousand young footballers enrolled at Academy. Barely 1 % out of them will earn Professional Contract at a good club.
Even in Top Academies of France, 10 to 15 % only will make into good clubs.
It will take some years and patience to develop a good system.
It doesn't matter how we groom them...After U16 & U17 levels - if they still continue playing in India... nothing is going to happen....Key is getting into U19 WC tournaments and performing there... where International scouts are present and also as per EU regulations players are around the age where they can migrate to EU and play in Top leagues out there

I know they shouldn't play in this big ground, but even our senior national team doesn't play like this even against Bhutan.
