i would like at least one from top 5 of asia, then 2 from 6-10 ranked from asia teams...then let the other teams be whoever easy pickings...as aiff is calling only asians....because for the cup to gain more interest, the tournament need to have some biggies too...
Does AIFF have enough funds to pay the appearance money for there high profile teams excluding Pakistan.
ofcourse they have, but wen a stage comes where they are about to draw some money for these sides, they think twise as they are more smart and these money ends up in their walets resulting in either some sides getting withdrawn or poor infrastructure provided from AIFF themselves.....so, no meaning in blaming me for lack of funds....remember, theei commercail sponsors are IMG-Reliance and not ONGC or Zee network.....!!<!-- s:confusion-shrug: -->

Afghanistan is participating in 2012 Nehru Cup. Hamidullah Yosufzai, the goal keeper of Afghanistan, told a local TV that Afghanistan will participate in the Nehru Cup which will begin in 2 months time. In addition to Afghanistan and India, he said countries like Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Iran will also participate in this Cup.
