Bring in new faces create a big pool of players and then prepare a strong team for next 1-2 years with good back-up,this should be target from here on.
I agree. The problem is when do we expirement. Expirementing before the AFC Challenge Cup is not a good thing to do. You need to play with the usual team. That is why I am saying either make Nehru Cup an under-23 tournament or change the Nehru Cup to the summer so we can expirement then.
This is a good date. Seven of those 10 days I believe are FIFA Match Days also plus its the perfect pre-cursor to what should be a great 2012-13 I-League season and hoping a new 2012-13 Federation Cup and 2012-13 I-League 2nd Division

ya it is almost perfect time to have the tournament and more intersting is that the cup is no more limited to asia and will get bigger....
i am expecting some real good participants this time mainly from africa and europe...
The nations i feel will be for the Nehru Cup:
India (obviously)
Afghanistan ( I assume are replacing Kyrgystan from the previous 2 editions they entered)
Syria (always strong and have participated in the last 2 editions)
Eatern Euope ( I think from the history of the Cup, a Romania, or Hungary will come
2 from Africa - Serrie Leone u20s participated and looking at the recent friendlies, India played against Zambia) so i think Zambia will be invited
Uzkekistan and Iran i doubt will enter this tournament,

Pakistan (put them in because of the rivalry but i dont they will be invited)
Hungary
there hasnt been a European nation in the last 2 editions, so I hope a European team does come to this tournament to bring a different style of play.
I also hope that unlike last time, Serrie Leone u20s came, I hope all teams invited are there seniors, and if they are coming with a u23s or u20s then invite another nation.
If those nations send their NT but choose to rest senior players, I would not mind. This will not disqualify the matches for FIFA points. But if they send u20 team officially with their senior team engaged somewhre else, better kick them out
