While I agree with what ArsenalFan has to say about the kind of foreigners we need, I would also say that the likes of Billy Mehmet and Simon Colosimo or Carlos Hernandez will not/have not creat/created any buzz among non Indian football fans. They are as good or bad as a certain Ranty Martins in terms of marketability. The football fans , even those who follow EPL regularly have no idea about these names. Unless we have someone like a Drogba or a Beckham, no one will take a second look. That is one thing I am hoping for in IMG-R league. If at least that can help the common people to take notice of Indian players too. I just hope that some of these local players shine so that they get interested in the local league too

lot of explanations. All I could read - "I just don't like African players"
Alright. Your an idiot and the three people who liked your post are idiots as well.
<br><div><br></div><div>Seems legit!</div>
<br><div><br></div><div>It is! Is that you got from the conversation? That "I just don't like Africans"? That is pure rubbish! I even bloody mentioned Curtis Osano and he is from Kenya which, FYI, is in Africa.</div><div><br></div><div>Even last season I supported the signings of OJ Obatola and Johnny Menyongar who are both Nigerian and Liberian respectively. Even Henry Antchouet is worth a mention and he is from Gabon!</div><div><br></div><div>To say that the problem is Africans specifically is wrong, the problem is these random Africans which we know nothing about... like the typical African signings. Those guys are the problem as they add nothing to our league. The new guys do.</div>
I think you have said that before in one of your last posts, and I can read english. If you want to waste words further, be my guest
<br><div><br></div><div>I am not wasting words. I am just trying to get my point across here as I feel there is a break in understanding here.</div><div><br></div><div>Everyone hears talk about how we don't like these Africans and how these new signings are great and then think that our problem is Africans overall and that we think that we should avoid that continent when that is not true at all.</div>
