But in all seriousness. If Pailan Arrows are still here next season then Holicharan and Alwyn need to stay at Pailan Arrows.<div><br></div><div>Meanwhile we need some changes in the roster there. Players need to go. For a developmental squad to have 30 players is just messy. Pailan Arrows should just select 22 players and make sure they are good and put in a good foreign coach. No Indian head coach.</div>

<br><div><br></div><div>Exactly. He has it in him. One of the few Pailan Arrows players I see who actually has good speed and technical ability. Plus it looks like he can play on the wings when needed or at least he has potential.</div><div><br></div><div>His decision making, passing, physicallity, and shot could do some work though. <font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">I have a different perspective on the youngsters joining/not joining big teams even in their formative years. If, as a footballer in India, if u r getting an offer from MB, EB, Dempo, Churchill, Pune these guys should join them straightway. If u have it in you, u would definitely being scouted by the big teams - and its upto u to accept that challenge and move ahead. Bhaichung was spotted by EB Officials at a very tender age and he proved his mettle. Once u join the big boys, u wont be seen as a youngster and one has to have the balls to perform. If guys like Holicharan, Alwyn doesn't join big clubs this year, what would their motivation be playing for Arrows or a mid table clubs? Everyone wants to taste success and remember its the big clubs where there is an opportunity to rub shoulder with the big players thereby learn and grow. While if u join a mid table club - more often than not a player goes into oblivion... We have so many youngsters coming up the ranks - Lalrindika, Manandeep, Sabeeth( I remember many in this forum had last year said Sabeeth took a wrong decision by joining Bagan - while the fact is just opposite) this year and all of them have done reasonably well in their first year. Am sure all of them would improve as a player in the coming season. And todays youngsters know very well which club to join/where he would get the exposure(remember in the first year they dont get attracted by the lure of money!) and thereby grow professionally. Even if u see, earlier most of the TFA graduates had taken the right decision by joining a particular big club and thereby growing....These days once u r out of an academy the days of grooming up is over...and thats the best way to learn and grow. </font><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2"><br></font></div><div><font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">But yes, its the responsibility of a coach to repose faith on these guys and help them grow and not put them under undue pressure. @ashlesh. Bruno will be in the history books of SCG by the end of this season. The big boys have laid seige. And since he is among few good Goan GK among a long list of Bengali GK, its a bigger incentive for the big boys.

<br><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><font face="Arial">Disagree. At least in terms of the forwards and midfielders. Look at the current set of youngsters at these clubs.
