@Goalkeeper thanks for mentioning. I'll always remain in favor of ISL. This will be a big hit. At the same time I want I-League to do well. That's the only way forward as I see.
@goalkeeper: Its not that I'm totally game for ISL. If you had read my previous comment somewhere on this forum, I clearly stated that I was very happy for the signing of Joan as I was for Walker joining Bengaluru. Does this statement send out a negative message that I hate I league?? I think any sensible man would say no. What I am trying to emphasize is that I am making all my comments from a neutral point of view. Totally unbiased comments. All my comments are full of reality and you know what, there is proverb in hindi " Aangoor khate hain" @archak: Yes, IMG are refurbishing all the venues. That includes the pitch, dressing rooms and to some extent spectator facilities. They had someone come in to check all the venues. Maybe that wembley guy. Pls update your knowledge. And if you still think that IMG is not doing it, OK fine. That's ur point. Stay with it.
@coolgagan 1. SK stadium bengalor --- renovation by bengaluru fc 2. JLN stadium Delhi ---- renovation by IMG 3. Pune stadium ----- renovation by government 4. fatorda stadium ----- no renovation 5. gawahati stadium ----- renovation by IMG 6. dy patail stadium Mumbai ---- small cricket pitch removing by IMG 7. salt lake stadium ---- no renovation 8. kochi stadium ----- no renovation
*DY Patil Stadium- Already World class stadium. Rest work carried out by IMG.
*Kochi Stadium- Again not much renovation required
*Salt Lake stadium- No information about it. So cant say.
This means 4 stadiums being renovated by IMG ( Guwahati, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune) 1 stadium by a club ( Bangalore) 2 stadiums don't require any renovation ( Goa, Kochi)
