This is exciting stuff..if they can develop a small local ground into a mini stadia with 4k capacity , dressing room etc and give chance to local youth then they would have done more for indian football than MCFC/PCFC combined
Also GPL is still the most marketable state league....ideally if it can achieve the goal of 12 teams all playing home and away without using Fatorda and get some channel to broadcast it would be a role model for other states.
It would especially give chances to teams with national ambition like Dempo (maybe)/SCG/salgaocar to adopt a mini stadium and develop a support base.
Sep-March season (league and cup) would be fab with a mid season break during Christmas
Bandodkar Trophy is Back but in U-21 format all the matches will be played at Dular Ground under newly installed floodlights here are the fixtures.

Heard that Kerala Football Association put a suggestion to clubs to conduct next Kerala Premier League in Home and Away Basis with Home Team arranging matches....the only problem is excluding FC Kerala Thrissur all other teams are PSU teams...so will they accept it is the question....i think its a good move from KFA after the failure of Kerala Super League without conducting the inaugural season...!!
@munna219777 Pune FC so called U-21 won by defeating Dempo u-21 in final 4-1. as per my observation and other sources Pune u21 was clearly overage as it was very easy to cheat in this competition as GFA didn't do any age test they just took the "hand written" birth certificates as proof.
