If you follow the past Indian foreign coaches only one thing common,India was the last coaching for all. Only expection was Stephane Constantine. If India has to grow fast pace AIFF should appoint young international experience coach,not required father figure coach.

What do you guys think? I think few individuals like Chhetri, GSS or maybe Sandesh are standout players but non selected players were technically better but ignored or not suited to coach tactics.
Roca doesnot have big ambitions now.. So may fail with Indian team.. Will not get the support and professional mgmt which bfc had.. Someone like Eelco schattorie would have been perfect
