This Rabindra Sarobar is an artificial lake. Many things like Rowing clubs, Japanese Temple have developed around it. When this stadium was constructed, there must have been some environmental assessment. Then at what point of time in history, they declared this area as protected area. What type of protected area? What types of species (endangered or critically endangered) are disturbed and in what way? It is a lengthy procedure. Such cases will go on and on in the Courts.
