@indianFootballFan ; @DX         We dont belong to that region so for us it is sometimes difficult to understand the rivalry between Mohun Bagan & East Bengal.  It is not about Partition only.  All major derbies across the world has some historical / cultural / regional / class  reasons for schisms and friction.   Celtic vs Rangers, Real vs Athletico, Boca vs Riverplate, Persepolis vs Esteghal, Galatasaray vs Fenerbahce

Few years ago when bangaladeshi cricket team visited India for cricket, they went to mohd sporting fc to pay visit

Has there been widespread riots between Ghotis and Bangals? Cause I haven't heard of any, which is surprising given the amount of distaste they have for each other.
