LOL! This type of stadium even if built will never fill. What we need is stadiums which can be built in phases. Start with small stands probably 1 tier or something. When the game popularizes in future, start constructing other tiers. Then only this will a viable option. But, the biggest problem is unstable politics. One party thinks we got to construct the whole stadium to get votes. If we construct small part of it. Other party may come and never fully make it. This is what INDIA is all about.
Sports should be different from politics. HUH!
