i don't know why u say its a bonus gold cause she had won a silver in this event in 2014 at commonwealth games , so if she hadn't won a medal it should hve been counted as. miss also , which indian shooters hv been doing more so often than winning them this year , which surprises me
I said it is a Bonus Medal,not because Shreyasi wasn"t capable of winning of this event but for the manner in which she won it.
The Australian who came second in the end was leading by a margin of 6-7 shots with just last round of 25 shots to go.This meant that she just had to shoot around 20 which is very easy score for these shooters.These Shooters generally shoot 22-23/25 shots on average.
However,the Australian Choked big time and Shreyasi shot Perfectly to first tie with the Australian and then to win it in the Shoot-off.
