Oh my god. This is amazing and it looks like it will be Colim Toal who will be coaching the u22s. Great development. With Baan and Toal leading the camp I am sure India will qualify. Now can we have some friendlies. Maybe have the team play against some I-League 2nd Division teams.

The 1st Division teams will be busy and right now with all that is happening in terms of the National Team and I-League war the cheap option would be to have them play some 2nd Tier teams. India u22 vs Mohammedan, India u22 vs Vasco SC etc.
Talented players like Boithang Haokip, Eugeneson Lyndoh and S.Tuboi of Shillong Lajong should have been in the list of probables, why maximum numbers of players are from Pailan Arrow, stunning.

Most of the Pailan Arrows players are the new additions so pretty much expected. Also I think Boithang is there.
I do agree tat Pailan boys are bulk of U-21 players..formed with a goal for future Indian world cup qualification. But one need to know the fact that most of the Pailan boys are average players..as per the then Tech. director Mr.Sukhvinder Singh. Therefore instead of geeting all Pailan boys why not give chance to others boys too either by further enlistiong few more boys from the existing 68 nos. to atleast 100. It will really be competitive trial, and can we get the best boys who can lift the Cup. And sorry Boithang is not in the list.
